Qualifications

At Mastering Milestones, we value education and experience in the field of early childhood education. Potential employees should have a certified diploma or degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field. Previous experience working with children is preferred. We are looking for individuals who are passionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to young children. Pay rates and benefit packages are based on knowledge, experience and education.
