Mastering Milestones Child Development Center
-At Mastering Milestones Child Development Center, LLC, we believe in nurturing the unique potential within every child.
-Our center in Cushing Oklahoma and was established by Kim Ridenour in 2017.
This is the 3rd center created and operated by Kim Ridenour in the past 30 years in Cushing Oklahoma!
-Our program offers a warm and engaging environment where our passionate team provides top-tier early learning care while using
Creative Curriculum educational programs that cater to infants, toddlers, preschool and School aged children.
-Daily Routines, Daily Reports on each child, Weekly Lesson PLanning, Monthly Center & Classroom News!
-2 nutritious center cooked meals and a snack are provided daily following the CACFP food program guidelines.
TEACHER'S:
-All staff are fingerprint background and Joshua checklist background checked, ELCCT and Safe Sleep trained
and Oklahoma Registered Teachers prior to hiring.
-Teachers are all CPR and First Aid Certified with ongoing training to maintain renewals to remain on top of all updated lessons and materials.
We create and follow Early Learning Guidelines weekly lesson plans with age appropriate learning & play activities.
All teachers maintain on-going training annually.
-We have Great TEAM leaders with ASSOCIATES and CERTIFICATE of MASTERY DEGREES in Child Development.
Our teachers strive to continue on-going annual education & training to improve in all areas of
safety, health,learning and development for our program!
We focus on AGE APPROPRIATE Child Developmental Milestones offering 2 Annual Parent/Teacher Conferences to set and conquer
all individual child goals while preparing them for Elementary school.
We have a Preschool Program with an average graduating class of 24 each year.
The group will follow the fall enrolment with public schools for PRE-K, being very ahead and ready for the new growth!
Once in public schools, we offer before and after care for age 4-13.
SAFE KIDS TRAINED STAFF will provide Transportation to and from school for age PRE-K,
who are not old enough for public school bus per age and transportation guidelines.
Once in Elementary, our public school will pick up at the center and drop off our enrollment for after care at the center.
All school age are offered a afternoon snack and play time until parents pick up.
Summer and School Break Days: We offer FULL DAY care for all school age with planned field trips and activities daily!
Mastering Milestones Child Development Center, LLC was developed from a deep passion
for guiding young minds and supporting families in our community.
Our founder, Kim Ridenour embarked on this journey with a vision of creating a nurturing space
where children could thrive, learn, and play under the guidance of certified, educated and experienced teachers.
Our Oklahoma Licensed 4 Star Early Learning Care program sets us apart,
ensuring that each child receives the highest quality of care and learning experiences.
